About the role

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Group Grounds Operative ensures the cleanliness and presentability of the studio, helping to deliver an excellent Studio experience for our clients and tenants. 

 

Key accountabilities

  • Monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the studio site
  • Clean, sweep and de-weed all roads and pathways, car parks, external lighting and signage
  • Snow and ice clearance/gritting when required
  • Remove refuse, white goods and general rubbish
  • Jet wash buildings and covered areas
  • Escalate any issues to manager and/or facility services team
  • Maintain, clean and report any issues with the Scarab road sweeper and electric vehicles

 

Skills and experience

  • Any relevant trade qualification or experience in general maintenance/groundskeeping
  • Basic computer literacy is essential – Must be able to use PDA to record timesheets / job status (training provided on specific system) and read emails
  • Customer service driven
  • Self-motivated and effective time manager
  • Strong team player and orientation towards teamwork
  • Excellent communication and confidence skills

 

Other information

  • Role location: Pinewood Studios
  • Grade: 2 (Lower)
  • Salary: Up to £20,500 per annum, dependent on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus based on Company and individual performance
