Guardians of the Galaxy shot at Shepperton Studios using A Stage, B Stage, D Stage, J Stage, K Stage, R Stage, S Stage and T Stage

Pinewood Digital also supported the production with on-set monitoring, digital dailies, data management, colour management and screening services. Pinewood's James Corless was Digital Lab Supervisor, Thom Berryman was Lab Manager and Maimunah Yakhup and Adam McHattie were Lab Operators on the production.

Foley recording was completed by Glen Gathard and team in Theatre 2 at Shepperton Studios.

The film is directed by James Gunn and stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Lee Pace and Michael Rooker.

The Marvel movie tells the story of a jet pilot who gets stranded in space and must unite a diverse team of aliens to form a squad capable of defeating cosmic threats.

Guardians of the Galaxy was released in the UK on the 31st July 2014.
