Financed by Pinewood Pictures, “Mindhorn” premieres at the BFI London Film Festival at 2.30pm on Sunday 9th October at the Odeon Leicester Square.

Julian Barratt, from “The Mighty Boosh” plays a washed-up actor given the opportunity to redeem himself and his career by reprising his iconic television role – Detective Mindhorn, a sleuth with a robotic truth-telling eye - to catch a deranged killer at loose on the Isle of Man.

Directed by Sean Foley and written by Julian Barratt and Simon Farnaby, “Mindhorn” also stars Essie Davis, Richard McCabe and Steve Coogan.
