- Qualifying spend includes: pre to post production, equipment, services and labor as well as above and below the line costs
- US$500,000 minimum spend
- Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption on directly related goods, services, and/ or rentals for approved film suppliers
- Custom Tax exemption on the temporary import of goods and equipment necessary for filming
- PWDR Production Services allows producers to take full advantage of the DR financial incentives
- PWDR offers cash flowing of the tax credit on financial closing of the film
