Five Points Roundabout is undergoing a substantial improvement project. As part of our Section 278 commitments, Pinewood Studios will be controlling the the second phase of the works as set out below.
Phase 2 – Five Points Roundabout Traffic Improvement Works
After Buckinghamshire Highways’ work has been completed, contractors on behalf of Pinewood Studios will start on the major improvement works. This includes signalisation of the roundabout, pedestrian and cycle crossings and other associated infrastructure such as street lighting.
Before the works can begin, Pinewood Studios need to undertake seasonal bat surveys in advance of necessary tree removal works. Subject to the outcome of these bat surveys, additional environmental approvals may be required which could impact the start date.
