Our Futures Festival 2025 is set to be Europe’s biggest free careers event for those looking to start a career in the Film & TV industry. In February at Pinewood Studios, meet employers and industry professionals, take part in workshops and attend panels. At the home of super spies, superheroes and galaxies far far away, we aim to inspire, engage and encourage you to consider careers in the screen industry.

You will also be sent some Futures Festival terms and conditions when you register for tickets; Information about this will be sent to you after you register.
The Futures Festival is open to young people from the age of 14 and up (Key stage 4 and up). Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The Futures Festival is absolutely free! Pinewood Studios are hosting the event to showcase the enormous range of opportunities and careers available in the industry.
There will be parking available on site for your booked three hour slot. Please arrive to the main entrance of the studios and you will be directed by a member of our team.
When you arrive on the day, you will need to show your Eventbrite ticket/QR code. You will then be placed into a group of 30 to start your Futures Festival journey.
Please ensure you arrive at the start of your allotted time; if you arrive after your start time, your three hour stay will not be extended e.g. if you arrive an hour late, your experience will only last two hours.
When you arrive, you will sign-in using your Eventbrite QR code or print out. You will will then be placed in a group of 30 and taken around the site to visit stands and workshops. If you have booked a talk/masterclass in our John Barry Theatre, please ensure this is booked within your three hour stay (you cannot remain on site beyond your timed slot).
No. Both days are the same in terms of workshops and stalls. The only difference is the available talks/masterclasses taking place in the John Barry Theatre.
There will be designated opportunities to take photos; these will be clearly signposted but photography outside of these designated opportunities will be prohibited. Please do read the terms and conditions carefully before you arrive to the event and ensure that all young people are aware of the conditions before coming onto site.
Light refreshments will be available to purchase at the event e.g snack bars, crisps, soft drinks. The online caterers are card only; cash is not accepted.
