| Pinewood Post Production is proud to announce that supervising dailies colourist, Darren Rae, whose recent credits include Star Wars: The Force Awakens and SPECTRE, has assumed the new role of Senior Colourist. In his new role, Rae will oversee Pinewood’s grading operation working on both dailies and final DI projects.
Pinewood has recently facilitated dailies work for Avengers: Age of Ultron, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Florence Foster Jenkins and Me Before You, in addition to DI’s for both Spooks: The Greater Good and Genius. With Rae joining, it means that Pinewood is not only able to continue to provide high-end talent, but can continue to expand its picture offering to productions based both on the lot and location. Nigel Bennett, Group Director Digital Content Services, commented: “It is very exciting to have Darren Rae join us at The Pinewood Studios Group. He has a unique record of achievements in his field, his knowledge and expertise will play a key role in our ongoing expansion.” Pinewood Digital services now include on-set/near-set, location and studio based full front to back end solution from workflow supervision, dailies creation, VFX pull and delivery, screening services through to conform and DI. |
