| Congratulations to all winners and nominees at last night’s [Sunday 14 February] EE British Academy Film Awards, especially those which we were fortunate enough to be associated with at the Pinewood Studios Group.
The award for Outstanding British Film went to Brooklyn (mixed with Pinewood Post Production), a transatlantic love story about a young woman caught between a future in New York and her home in Ireland. Leading Actress was presented to Brie Larson for her portrayal of a young mother held captive in Room (shot at Pinewood Toronto Studios), while the award for Supporting Actress went to Kate Winslet for her performance in Steve Jobs (mixed with Pinewood Post Production). The award for Special Visual Effects went to Star Wars (shot at Pinewood Studios) for its rendering of a galaxy far, far away.
