| Pinewood announces that Dr Catherine Raines has today resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect as a result of being appointed Chief Executive of UK Trade and Investment.
Commenting on Dr Raines’ new appointment, Pinewood Chairman Michael Grade said: “We are saddened to lose Catherine but understand the potential conflict. We wish her well and every success in her new position as Chief Executive, UKTI”. The Company will commence a search for an additional independent non-executive director.
