"Events like Pinewood's Futures Festival are so important for showing young people the full range of careers waiting for them and breaking down barriers about working in the creative industries. We've set a goal to build a pipeline of opportunity for young people and support one million more jobs by 2030 as part of our ambitious vision for the sector.  My message to any young person thinking about their future career is simple: there is a bright, exciting future for you in the creative industries - why not explore it?"
