| The 40th Toronto Film Festival took place last week [10th-20th September 2015] where two Pinewood Toronto Studio films were honoured during the festival.
Room, shot on Stage 1 at Pinewood Toronto Studios, was awarded the Grolsch People’s Choice Award and was second runner-up for The Grolsch People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award. Spotlight, which also used the Pinewood Toronto Studio facilities, was the second runner-up for the The Grolsch People’s Choice Award. A fantastic outcome for Pinewood Toronto Studios, congratulations to all the winners and nominees. Also during the Festival, Pinewood Studios Group hosted a Q&A Master Class with Stephen Frears on 11th September as part of the TIFF Industry Conference. To view the Q&A, please click here |
